Analysis and Reporting
Do you really get the focus and insight you need from your employee engagement reports?
At Survey Solutions we’ve developed a method of reporting employee engagement surveys to provide you with a valuable focus on the people challenges you face every day.
Reporting on Employee Engagement
Tailored to your needs, our reports can be provided in PDF format or through our Survey Central online reporting portal.
A typical core set of reports includes:
- Key Indicators Report– Engagement levels by total organisation and main groups, top line survey results, top and bottom 10 analysis
- Detailed charts – an easy-to-read set of charts showing the results for each question (at an overall level and broken down by group). Plus year-on-year comparisons help you track trends and measure your progress.
- Open comments report – show responses to open questions within the survey. These can be analysed to show key trends and issues to add context to your results.
- External benchmarking – enabling the comparison of your key results to other organisations in our database, including levels of employee engagement.
- Management commentary – a valuable focus on the key insights, conclusions and actions points from the survey.
We don't like to give too much away to our competitors, so please email us to request a full set of report formats.
You might also wish to consider the following types of report output:
- Key Driver Analysis
- Employee Communication Bulletins
- Dashboard Reports
- Divisional/Departmental Reports
Presenting your reported data
Sometimes a printed report just isn’t enough.
To really engage your team in employee survey results, we offer presentation workshops at senior/Board level, at management team meetings, and at full staff conferences.
