Usually, a core set of reports will include:
Topline results:
The overall results by question, including the top and bottom results.
Detailed charts:
An easy-to-read set of charts showing the results for each question in the survey (at an overall level and broken down by each group.) Year-on-year comparisons enable you to track trends and measure progress.
Open comments report:
Containing responses to any open questions in the survey. If required, we can analyse these to show key trends and issues - these help to add context to the results from the charted analysis.
External benchmarking:
Comparing your key results with those of other organisations in our database, including levels of employee engagement.
Management commentary: Focusing on the key insights, conclusions and action points from the survey
