Benchmarking

We can put your results into context, enabling you to see how your organisation is performing against other employers. Our database contains responses from 78,000 employees working in a wide range of business and public service sectors, who have taken part in surveys conducted in the past 2 years.

Our benchmarking database is extensive and growing all the time. It includes around 60 questions, including those that form our Employee Engagement Index and those that represent the key drivers of Employee Engagement. These benchmark questions commonly form a core part of our employee surveys.

Our easy-to-read benchmarking report will:

• Highlight where your results are significantly more or less positive than the norm.
• Demonstrate how each of your results compares with those achieved by other organisations.
• Gauge how employee engagement in your organisation compares with others in the Employee Engagement database.
• Compare your results against our entire database, within specific sectors or with comparable organisations (who remain anonymous).

Benchmarking against our “Employee Engagement” database is provided free to clients (where their survey contains comparable questions).

We will also provide you with a FREE benchmark report if you’re not yet one of our clients – as long as you’re prepared to share your survey data with us.
