Whisper – a New Approach to Employee Feedback

Whisper is the newest of our employee feedback tools. It is designed to add comments and other qualitative feedback to employee survey techniques that focus on percentages, ratings and scores.

Qualitative feedback makes it easier to understand the depth of feedback, opinions and feelings that can run very deep, especially on subjects that are very important to your people.

Whisper exists to provide detailed insight about how your employees really feel about critical issues. Based on social networking techniques, our tailored Whisper service gives your employees the chance to comment around topics that you choose. It is also a powerful tool for involving your employees – and we know that involvement is strongly linked to employee engagement.

We host these 'feedback channels' on your behalf, so that your employees know they can take part in a safe environment (we will ensure that their comments remain unattributed to them personally).

You benefit from rich feedback on the issues that matter to you and your employees – these could be about a new training programme, operational changes, or aspects of internal communication, for example.

And you can publish a selection of comments on a topic on your Whisper home page, Intranet or internal newsletters, to show employees that their opinions really do count.
