The anonymous feedback feature allows you to dig deeper into the comments by initiating a dialogue with the employee that made the comment through a safe, anonymous channel.
This enables you to ask them further questions and gain a better understanding of the employee’s views. The system controls the emails that are sent, preserving anonymity and the employee can opt out at any time.
Open Comments – create your own themes
As standard, you can filter open comments, view comments as word list or even create custom word clouds. Developing this feature, you are able to begin to categorise your open comments by using the pre-loaded positive and negative keywords and creating your own keyword based themes.
