Every 1-2 months we publish a newsletter with updates on news we've seen and our points of view on topics relevant to Customer Experience, Customer Satisfaction and Employee Engagement.

(We aim to publish ~10 times as this seems about right to avoid seeming like we're constantly sending emails we take a break over Christmas and Summer months).
