Suzanne Pullen, Managing Director

Suzanne is a chartered member of CIPD and a graduate of University of Kent with a BA (Hons) in Accounting with Computing. During 15 years with British Airways plc, Suzanne built skills and experience in Software Development, IT Project Management and Human Resource Management before moving to lead the HR Training and Development function at international IT travel services provider, Amadeus Services Ltd. (she also commissioned their employee research).

Since joining Survey Solutions in 2006, Suzanne has led projects for a wide range of clients including CIPD, the Royal Mint, the General Medical Council, Screwfix, Balfour Beatty and Harrods. Suzanne’s clients value her ability to relate to their issues and the insightful reports and presentations that she delivers.

Enjoys travel, fine food, hiking, ice-skating and jogging around Windsor Great Park in preparation for charity runs.

Miles Couchman, Chairman/Director

Miles held Board level and Director positions with P&O immediately prior to starting Survey Solutions way back in 1993. His professional experience covers marketing, sales, business and new product development, plus line management experience for up to 100 people. Holds an MBA from Middlesex University.

Describes himself as a ‘reluctant statistician’ who has always been more interested in what the numbers mean, rather than what they say!

Enjoys travelling, writing, golf, and sailing his very old boat up and down the Thames.

Alison Young, Deputy Managing Director/Project Director

Alison enjoyed a successful career in HR and Change Management with Shell, before joining Survey Solutions in 1997. She has a focus on providing direction to employee research projects and those customer research projects that have a strong emphasis on consultancy input. Alison has led projects for many clients including Wincanton, Nuffield Health, the University of London and Aldi.

Enjoys collecting and trading antiques, travelling and gardening.

Laurent Cargill, Operations & Systems Director

Laurent is a very talented developer and data analyst who is skilled to an advanced level in a wide arrange of technologies and programming languages. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s web application development and also the data capture and data processing operations. He manages a team of analysts and IT developers. Laurent joined Survey Solutions in 2001 and became a Director in 2006.
